Karnataka Jain Education Trust was established in September 2014 with the aim of creating a school that focuses on the holistic development of children. The trustees include Shri Ramesh Bafna (President), Shri Vikram Jain (Vice-President), Shri Sandeep Mehta (Secretary), Shri Praveen Jain (Treasurer), Shri Goutham Bafna (Director), Shri Mukesh Hinger (Director), Shri Abhay Palrecha (Director), Shri Rakesh Jain (Director), Shri Nirmal Mehta (Director).
In October 2014, the trust applied online for permission to start L.K.G. and U.K.G. classes, which was granted in March 2015.

Aaryans Pre-Primary School began its first academic year on June 1, 2015, near Dacathalon, Umashiv Layout, and Hubballi. In its inception year, With the strength of 48 children during the first academic year of 2015-16, With the provision of breakfast, academic books, an Aaryans school bag, and the uniform.
In June 2016, the second branch was opened at Ramakrishnanagar, near Renuka Nagar, Gokul Road, Hubballi, with 122 students. During the year 2016, permission from BEO was granted to start Grades 1st to 5th on a yearly basis.
